Minor bug fixes

A few minor bug fixes as they have been reported. I will continue to update as they are found. Below is the list so far that will be included in this update:
- Fixed 'Monday' text on datestamps
- js error on work page in IE
- Default thumbnail not showing when one isn't uploaded
- Added default float styles (for images in pages)
- Admin textboxes small in chrome (in options panel)
- Page exclude missing from nav
